Reverse-phase Interaction of Imidazole Functionalized Silica Stationary Phase for Liquid Chromatography

  • A new stationary phase based on imidazole functionalized silica for high performance liquid chromatography is synthesized and characterized.In this paper,the reverse-phase interaction besides anion-exchange interaction of this phase is mainly discussed.Owing to the phase takes on some hydrophobic interaction,some organic compounds could be separated successfully by this stationary phase.
