Determination of Xylitor in Papaya Element Tabulett by HPLC

    Abstract
  • Xylitor in papaya element tabulett was determined by HPLC, using waters carbohydrate cartridge 4.6 ×250 mm column, acetonitrile: water (85∶15) as mobile phase, with differential refractometer R401. The average recovery rate of method is 99.0%, and RSD is 2.2%. The method is simple, and the result is accurate.
