Application of Bioenzyme Techniques on Rapid Determination of Pesticide Residues

The types, principles and research progress of four bioenzyme techniques for detecting pesticide residues were introduced, including microbial degradation, enzyme inhibition, enzyme-linked immunosorbent and enzyme-multiplied immunoassay techniques. Their advantages, disadvantages and expectation in future in this field are also indicated in this paper. Bioenzyme techniques are simple, fast and sensitive, having a broadprospect and far-reaching significance for human′s health and environmental protection.
