Determination of 19 Carbamates Pesticide Residues in Vegetableand Edible Mushrooms by UPLC-MS/MS

A UPLC-MS/MS method to determine 19 carbamate insecticides in vegetable and mushroom was developed. The samples were extracted with a mixedsolvent of acetonitrile and acetone, purified by passing through a gel permeation chromatographic column and then concentrated and determined by UPLC-MS/MS. The results indicated that the method has a high qualitative and quantitative accuracy, and high sensitivity. It also meets the domestic and overseas limitation demand and worths popularizing. The corresponding recoveries were 70.1% ～95.7%, RSDs are 1.63% ～13.83% with a method determination limit (MDL) of 0.01 mg/kg.
