Direct Determination of Trace Germanium in EnvironmentalSoil by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • The sample was decomposed in nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid + perchloric acid + phosphoric acid until the white fume was emitted off. In the medium of phosphoric acid,the sample was directly determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry without separation and preconcentration. The method has the advantage of simplicity、quickness and low cost. The method has been verified by the national standard reference materials to be accurate and reliable. The method is suitable for the determination of batch samples. The detection limit of the method is 0.072 μg/g with a precision (RSD%,n=8)of 4.5%.
