Determination of Durene Residue in Vegetables bySolid-Phase Extraction and GC-MS

Abstract
A simply and rapid method has been established for the determination of durene residue in vegetables by solid-phase extraction and GC-MS.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and cleaned up on a Florisil column,and detected by the internal standard method with GC-MS.The lowest detectable concentration in samples was 0.005 mg/kg.Samples recoveries ranged from 810%~110.0%.The coeficients of variation was 1.03%~3.89%.
