Brief Discussion on Interference in Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry and It′s Elimination

  • The mechanics and elimination methods of liquid phase interference and gas phase interference in hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been summarized. For complex samples and different analytical objects, in particular, the use of different methods to eliminate interference according to the interference mechanics will afford better solution for different interference problems in the routine analyses.
