Research and Application of Affinity Capillary Electrophoresis

In recent years, due to the constant improvement of the theory of capillary electrophoresis, affinity capillary electrophoresis technology has been developed quickly, and is applied in some fields, such as the bioscience, biotechnology, clinical medicine, pharmacology. In this paper a brief introduction on the principle, advantages and classification of affinity capillaryelectrkphoresis, with emphasis on the research progress of ACE in protein analysis, drug analysis, chiral separation and small molecules\ions analysis, and its applications in affinity constant measurement, protein structure analysis, nucleotides, and nucleotide analysis detection.
