Development of Stationary Phases for Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography

  • Hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) is a new liquid chromatography separation mode in the separation of polar compounds and highly hydrophilic compounds. HILIC has both the merits of normal phase chromatography (NPLC) and reverse phase chromatography (RPLC), thus it is a suitable complementary mode of RPLC. In this review, the relative HILIC stationary phases prepared in our laboratory is briefly introduced.
